KPAC 360 – Privacy Policy

KPAC 360 is an internal application used only by Plum Creek Environmental Technologies LLC ("Plum Creek") and its authorized staff.

1. Information we collect

Users' names and work email addresses, from their Plum Creek Microsoft accounts. Business records entered by staff, such as customers, quotes, orders, production and shipping information. From Plum Creek's QuickBooks Online company: customer names, contact details, addresses and payment terms.

2. How we use it

Only to run Plum Creek's own quoting, order, production and shipping work.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties. QuickBooks data is used only inside KPAC 360 and is not passed to any other service.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on Plum Creek's own server. Access requires Microsoft sign-in with multi-factor authentication, and all connections use HTTPS. QuickBooks connection tokens are stored encrypted; KPAC 360 never stores passwords.

5. Retention

Records are kept as long as needed for Plum Creek's business and legal requirements. An administrator can disconnect QuickBooks at any time, which deletes the stored connection.
